摘要
目的 :总结老年甲状腺功能亢进症患者的临床特点。方法 :收集我院 1998年至 2 0 0 2年 4 8例老年甲亢住院患者进行回顾性研究 ,分析老年患者临床特点、误诊原因及治疗转归。结果 :起病以心血管系统及消化道系统症状为主。甲状腺肿大仅占 12 .5 0 % ,突眼占 10 .4 2 %。误诊率及漏诊率高达 4 3.75 %。药物治疗有效率达 94 .5 9%。结论 :老年甲亢患者临床表现不典型 ,极易被误诊、漏诊。
Objective:To review the clinical manifestation of the eldly patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods:The clinical data of Fouty eight old patients with hyperthyroidism,who were hospitalized from 1998 to 2002 were retrospectively reviewed.The clinical manifestation, the cause of misdiagnosis,and the sequence of therapy were analyzed.Results:The symptoms of cardiovascular system and digestive system were the major clinical situation.The rate of thyromegaly was only 12.50% and the rate of exophthalmos was 10.42%.the rate of misdiagnosis was 43.75%.the efficiency of drug treatment was 94.59%.Conclusion:The clinical manifestation of the old patients with hyperthyroidism is not typical.It is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosed.the effect of drug treatment is good.
