摘要
针对某车型侧气囊(SAB)进行了深度优化研究,运用数据分析方法制定了深度优化方案,并对优化后SAB在侧面撞柱试验中的保护效果进行了分析。结果表明,在对约束系统进行深度优化时,数值分析方法优于仿真分析和台架试验;3根肋骨变形量曲线彼此接近,整个侧面受力达到了较好的平衡,与SAB优化前的侧面碰撞试验结果相比,腹部力提高了0.17 k N,气囊优化达到了最佳状态。
In this research, deep optimization investigation of the side airbag (SAB) of a vehicle is made, and data analysis method is employed to establish a deep optimization plan, the effect of the optimized SAB in side column impact test is analyzed. The results show that when the restraint system is subject to deep optimization, the numerical analysis method is superior to simulation analysis and rig test; deformation curve of thee ribs are close to each other, and the whole side force is in good balance. Compared with results of the side impact test before SAB optimization, the abdominal force is increased by 0.17 kN, and airbag optimization achieves the optimal status.
