摘要
针对截面形状(矩形、圆形截面)对混凝土内硫酸根离子扩散反应规律的影响,根据Fick第二定律建立了不同截面形状下硫酸根离子的扩散反应方程。运用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元分析软件,分别模拟了一维和二维条件下硫酸根离子在混凝土中的扩散反应过程,分析对比了硫酸根离子在矩形截面和圆形截面中的浓度分布情况。结果表明:相同条件下,选择圆形截面构件代替矩形截面构件,能有效提高混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的能力以及混凝土的耐久性。
Based on the influence of different cross-sectional shape(rectangular,circular)on rules of diffusion reaction of sulfate ions in concrete,this paper established the diffusion reaction equation of sulfate ions corresponding to different cross-sectional shape according to Fick's Second Law.By applying COMSOL Multiphysics,the finite element analysis software,this paper simulated the diffusion reaction equations of sulfate ions in one-dimensional condition and two-dimensional condition respectively,and analyzed and compared the concentration distribution of sulfate ions in rectangular cross section and circular cross section.The result showed that,under the same condition,compared to component with rectangular cross section,the component with circular cross section can improve the concrete's durability and resistance to sulfate corrosion more effectively.
