摘要
气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路(GIL)具有安全可靠、输电容量大、环境友好等特点,在大容量、长距离输电领域应用前景广阔。GIL壳体作为关键部件之一,其制造工艺直接决定了GIL的安全可靠性。介绍了目前国内外GIL铝合金壳体制造工艺,包括成形、焊接技术的研发现状,重点分析了焊接技术研发现状。指出目前主要的成形工艺为螺旋焊管成形方式,焊接工艺主要包含等离子焊接、钨极氩弧焊、熔化极气体保护焊及搅拌摩擦焊等几种焊接方式,并对比分析了各种工艺的优缺点。指出目前国内急需出台GIL铝合金壳体检测技术相关标准。
Gas-insulated metal-enclosed transmission lines(GIL)are characterized by safety,reliability,large transmission capacity,and environmental friendliness.There are broad application prospects in large-capacity and long-distance transmission of GIL.As one of the key components,its manufacturing technology directly determines the safety and reliability of GIL enclosure.This article described the current manufacturing process of GIL aluminum alloy enclosure at home and abroad,including forming and welding technologies,and focused on the current R&D status of welding technologies.It was pointed out that the main forming process at present was the forming process of spiral welded pipe and the welding process mainly included plasma,TIG,MIG and FSW.The advantages and disadvantages of various processes were analyzed after that.It was finally indicated that China now is in urgent need of relevant standard for detection technology of GIL aluminum alloy enclosure.
