摘要 通过分析液-液旋流器内分散相油滴在连续相水中运动所受的Newton阻力、Stokes阻力和Oseen阻力的不同计算公式,在相关假设前提下,建立了油滴的运动方程。根据重相分离和轻相分离对迁移速度影响的分析,得出分散相液滴迁移运动轨迹。考虑到分散相油滴粒径的不均匀性,推导了不同粒径油滴对应的分离效率,建立了粒径与分离效率的关系即粒级效率关系,从而可从理论上预测液-液旋流器的分离性能。 Based on an analysis of the motion of oil drops in a liquid-liquid hydrocyclone, the motion equation of the oil drops is set up with relevant hypothesis. According to the analysis of the influence of heavy phase separation and light phase separation on the migration velocity, the track of the migration of the dispersed fluid drops is worked out. In consideration of the nonuniformity of the diameters of the dispersed oil drops, the corresponding separation efficiency of oil drops with various diameters is derived. And the relationship between the particle diameter and the separation efficiency is established. Thereby the separation performance of the liquid-liquid hydrocyclone can be predicted theoretically.
