摘要
目的分析治疗精神分裂症合并抑郁症过程中应用阿立哌唑联合舍曲林的治疗效果。方法选取云南省心理卫生中心2016年5月—2017年2月患有精神分裂症合并抑郁症患者60例,随机分为联合用药组(采用阿立哌唑+舍曲林治疗,n=30)与阿立哌唑组(单用阿立哌唑治疗,n=30)。对比两组治疗效果、临床指标评分和不良反应发生率。结果联合用药组总有效率高于阿立哌唑组(P<0.05);两组阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)评分与阴性症状评定量表(SANS)评分治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对精神病分裂症合并抑郁症患者采用阿立哌唑联合舍曲林治疗,能提高治愈率,改善患者生活质量,安全性较高。
Objective To study the efficacy of aripiprazole combined with sertraline in the treatment of schizophrenia with depression.Methods From May 2016 to February 2017,60 patients with schizophrenia and depression in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the combination group(treated with aripiprazole,n=30)and the aripiprazole group(treated with aripiprazole alone,n=30).Comparison of therapeutic effect,clinical index score and adverse reaction rate between the two groups.Results The total curative effect of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the aripiprazole group(P<0.05),the clinical scores of the two groups were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05),the adverse reactions of the two groups were similar(P>0.05),there was no statistical significance.Conclusion By using aripiprazole combined with sertraline in the treatment of patients with psychotic schizophrenia and depression,the cure rate can be increased,the quality of life can be improved and the safety is high.
