摘要
目的探讨神经内镜与导航结合对颅内深部胶质瘤手术的临床疗效。方法选择2014-04-2016-06我院接受手术治疗的40例颅内深部胶质瘤的患者作为研究对象。将其按照随机数字法分为实验组与常规组。两组患者在手术开始之前均采用导航注册。实验组患者采用神经内镜联合神经导航进行手术治疗。常规组应用神经导航之下开展显微切除手术治疗。统计并对比两组患者的手术时间、术后并发症、肿瘤切除程度以及手术3个月之后的GOS评分。结果实验组患者手术时间、术后并发症均显著低于常规组,实验组患者3个月后的神经恢复情况明显优于常规组,两项数据差异的统计学意义,P<0.05;实验组与常规组患者的肿瘤切除程度差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论神经内镜与导航结合对颅内深部胶质瘤手术的临床疗效显著,并且可以有效降低手术时间与并发症发生率,提高患者预后效果,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of neuroendoscopy combined with navigation on intracranial deep glioma.METHODS Forty patients with intracranial deep gliomas who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and conventional group according to random number method.Two groups of patients in the surgery before the start using navigation registration.The patients in the experimental group were treated with neuroendoscopy combined with nerve navigation.Conventional group underwent microsurgical resection under neuro-navigation.The operative time,postoperative complications,tumor resection degree and GOS score after operation were statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS The operation time and the postoperative complications of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group.The nerve recovery of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group after three months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in tumor resection between the experimental group and the conventional group(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS The combination of neuroendoscopy and navigation has a great effect on the treatment of intracranial deep glioma,and it can reduce the operation time and the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
