摘要
目的:阐明琥珀散的作用机制。方法:观察琥珀散对实验性小鼠疼痛及痛经模型的影响。结果:琥珀 散能够有效地改善妇女原发性痛经模型的多项指标,抑制子宫收缩,减轻疼痛优于对照组消炎痛及田七痛经胶囊。 结论:琥珀散能够有效治疗原发性痛经。
Objective:To explore the medical mechanism of Hupo powder. Method ;The effects of Hupo powder were observed. Results:Hupo powder can improve many indices on the rats model. Restrain uterine contraction, alleviate and even eliminate the pain syndrom, displaying better work than indometacin enteric-coated table and Tian Qi Tong Jing capsule. Conclusion:Hupo powder is an effective durg for primary dysmenorrhea.
