调度和变电站自动化系统的贯通技术剖析 被引量:5

摘要 当前的电网调度与变电站自动化系统之间存在大量的重复性工作,而相互间的独立性又很强,不利于其高效率、高可靠和智能化发展,客观上有加强贯通性设计的需求。对限制调度和变电站自动化系统应用贯通的模型、数据、图形、通信规约等基础问题进行了梳理,分别从模型、数据库、图形一致性和通信规约支撑4个方面对贯通技术进行剖析。指出统一的模型及其配置机制是实现调度和变电站自动化系统贯通设计的基础,数据库一致性是减少两端重复工作、实现高效和智能化互动的关键,在模型和数据库一致性基础上,图形共享和通信规约方案有灵活的选择方式。 At present, there are a lot of repetitive works between a dispatching automation system and many substation automation systems, while they have strong independence between each other, so some designs to strengthen the interconnections and interactions are strongly needed for their development of high efficiency, high reliability and intelligence. The obstacle problems, such as model management, data management, graphic files sharing and communication protocol, are combed. Some in-depth analyses are made respectively from four aspects: model management technologies, database design, graphic scheme design, and communication protocols. It is pointed out that the unified model expression and its configuration mechanism is the basis of the integrated design, maintaining the consistency of data managements is the key technology challenge for their development of high efficiency, high reliability and intelligence, there are flexible options on graphic files sharing and communication protocol based on the consistency of the model and the database.
