摘要
目的 :通过对 6种微血管形态学观测方法的比较 ,使研究者能够选择出最适宜的实验方法。方法 :针对每一种方法 ,进行实验方法的简介和分析。结果 :6种方法间各有所长。结论 :研究者应根据实验的要求和条件 ,选择出一种方法或几种方法相结合 ,以达到研究的目的。
Objective: To select a optimal method on microvascular observation and measure via comparison and analysis among 6 kinds of morphological methods. Methods: Each of methods was briefly introduced and analyzed. Results: Each of methods has its own advantages and disadvantages. Conclusion: According to different experimental need and condition, researchers should select a suitable method or integrate several methods.
