成核剂对多组份生物降解材料结晶性能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在聚乳酸(PLA)/聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)全生物降解材料中加入成核剂,研究对其结晶性能的影响。聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC),聚乳酸(PLA)是熔体强度很高的全生物降解材料,以聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)、聚乳酸(PLA)为主要原料,以成核剂及其它助剂为辅料,经双螺杆挤出机共混,出料后经风冷或水冷再经切粒机切粒。用热失重(TG)、差热扫描量热仪(DSC)分别分析和研究了共混材料热变形温度和结晶形态。对热性能﹑结晶性能以及非等温结晶动力学等的研究。 Add nucleating agent to biodegradable materials, which are polylactic acid (PLA), polybutylglycol carbonate(PBC), and study the influence of the crystallization. The melt strength of PBC and PLA are very high. Thistext mainly based on polylactic acid (PLA), polybutylglycol carbonate(PBC) are as the main raw material, nucleating agent and other additives are as supplementary materials mixed by double screw extruder blend, then cutted the materials by dicing cutter through the air cooling or water cooling. Using thermo-gravimetric (TG), differential thermal scanning calorimeter (DSC) respectively, analyze and research the heat distortion temperatures and crystal morphology of the blending materials. Study the thermal performance and crystallization performance and non isothermal crystallization kinetics.
