中国股份制商业银行要按现代金融企业制度要求和标准来设计自己的金融制度和业务运作程序,要坚持保障质量、讲求效益前提下的规模优先原则,以规模扩张和盈利增长为内容,努力实现其持续快速健康发展的目的。同时,要建立市场营销体系,以市场和客户为导向建立商业银行市场营销的组织架构。
China’s joint-equity commercial banks are required to design their financial system and operational business procedures according to the requirements and criteria of modern financial en-terprise system.They must follow the principle of“guaranteeing quality,striving for efficiency and increasing scale”,focus on scale expansion and profit growth,and try to achieve the goal of“sus-tainable,rapid,healthy development ”.Meanwhile,they should also establish commercial banks’marketing framework on the basis of market-orientation and customer-orientation.
