摘要
运用DEA模型和Malmquist指数法,对江西省11个设区市2012-2016年物流的规模、技术效率进行静态和动态评价,分析产出导向下物流全要素生产率变化与技术进步变动的影响因素。结果表明:南昌、新余两市的综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率全部有效,整体技术水平高,资源有效利用能力强;11个设区市没有出现纯技术无效情况,11个设区市Malmquist指数均大于1;南昌、萍乡两市指数的提升是技术进步和技术效率共同作用的结果。最后,对提高江西物流全要素生产率与技术进步水平提出四点建议:加快区域经济高速增长,提高物流资源有效利用率;大力发展第三方物流,整合物流设施资源;提高物流信息化标准化水平,加大物流人才培养和数据库建设投入;重视物流网络尤其是深度贫困地区的配送网点建设,提高电商物流效率。
By using DEA model and Malmquist index method, the static and dynamic evaluation of logistics scale and technical efficiency in 11 districts and cities of Jiangxi Province from 2012 to 2016 is carried out, and the influencing factors of the change of logistics total factor productivity and technological progress under output guidance are analyzed. The results show that The comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Nanchang and Xinyu cities are all effective, the overall technical level is high, and the ability of efficient utilization of resources is strong. There is no pure technical invalidity in 11 prefecture-level cities, and the Malmquist indexes of 11 cities are all greater than 1.The improvement of the indexes of Nanchang and Pingxiang cities is the result of the combination of technological progress and technical efficiency. Finally, four suggestions and development measures are put forward to improve the productivity and technological progress of Jiangxi logistics.
