摘要
以一个带有原动机、工作机的斜齿轮传动系统为研究对象,同时考虑了电动机转子、各联轴器、斜齿轮副及发电机(工作机)转子等影响因素,并且引入了齿轮啮合传动时的变形协调条件,建立了一个多质量系统的动力学模型,研究了在各种不同条件下系统扭转振动、横向振动以及两者的耦合振动,并采用四阶Runge—Kutta法进行求解,得到了几个关于齿轮动力特性的影响规律,同时通过动特性试验对所建模型进行了验证。
The theoretical and experimental studies on dynamic behaviors of power transmission helical gear are dealt with. A dynamic model of eight-mass is established. According to the dynamic model, the equations are derived. They are solved by numerical integration method. The tortile vibration, transversal vibration and their interaction are studied under some typical conditions. The author has built a set of experimental unit and made experimental studies.
