摘要
在 2 0 Mn2钢中加入与其液态 (16 5 0℃ )密度相同、且不溶于钢的 Zr C粒子 ,使其成为钢在热轧时的形变核心和奥氏体及形变诱导铁素体的再结晶核心 ,显著细化钢的晶粒 (1~ 2 μm)。并综合引入形变强化、相变强化、第二相弥散强化效应及细晶强化效应 ,与 2 0 Mn2钢的常规淬火加低温回火态相比 ,在塑性指标不下降或略有升高的前提下 ,使钢的 σb 和 σ0 .2 分别提高 110 .6 %和 16 3.8%。
The ZrC particles,which density is the same as that of liquid steel at 1650 ℃ and does not dissolve in steel,were added into 20Mn2 steel as deformation center and recrystallization center of austenite and deformation induced ferrite during hot rolling to refine grains notably(1~2 μm).Meanwhile,the effects of deformation strengthening,phase transformation strengthening,second phase strengthening and grain boundary strengthening were introduced to enhance σ b and σ 0 2 by 110.6 % and 163 8 % respectively without decrease of plasticity,compared to normal water quenched and low temperature tempered specimens of 20Mn2 steel.
