摘要
目的 了解血清SOD、GSH -Px、T -AOC及MDA在肺炎急性期治疗前后的变化并探讨其临床意义 .方法 2 0 8例正常人按年龄分组确定血清SOD、GSH -Px、T -AOC及MDA的正常参考值 .测定三类共 82例肺炎急性期血清SOD、GSH -Px、T -AOC及MDA的浓度 ,并对其中的 5 2例治疗恢复期进行同样项目的测定 ,治疗前后各指标作比较 .结果 三类肺炎急性期患者血清SOD、GSH -Px及MDA显著升高、T -AOC显著降低 ,(p <0 .0 0 1) .恢复期除支气管肺炎四项指标、慢支并肺炎的SOD与GSH -Px及肺炎的GSH -Px等与对照组比较无差异 (p >0 .0 5 )外 ,余各组项指标仍存在显著性差异 (p<0 .0 5 ,p <0 .0 1) .治疗后各组SOD、GSH -Px及MDA显著下降、T -AOC升高 ,(p <0 .0 5 ,p <0 .0 1) .正常成年组与未成年组比较 ,四项指标均有差异 (p <0 .0 0 1) .结论 血清SOD、GSH -Px、T
Objective To find out the change of levels of SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC and MDA in serum in the treatment of acute Pneumonia and its clinical significance. Methods 208 subjects were selected and divided into groups according to their ages to decide their usual levels of SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC and MDA in serum. Levels of SOD、GSH-PX、T-AOC and MDA in Serum taken from 82 acute cases of 3 classes and 52 ones in recovery time of treatment were detected under the same purpose. And the results of before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results Results show that the levels of SOD、GSH-Px and MDA in serum of 3 types cases acute Pneumonia were dramatically higher while T-AOC was lower, compared with the groups of normal controls. Except for 4indices for bronchoalveolitis, levels of SOD and GSH-Px in chronic bronchoalveolitis, there was no remarkable difference in their recovery period contrasted to the normal groups of controls (p>0.05) . But difference existed in the rest ones (p<0.05 , p<0.01). The levels of SOD,GSH-Px and MDA were reduced greatly and T-AOC rosen after treatment compared with before (p<0.05 , p<0.01). The 4 levels of SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC and MDA in Serum was evident difference between the adult-group and teen-group ( p<0.001). Conclusions The detection for levels of SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC and MDA in Serum is employed a means of understanding the cases of acute pneumonia and supervising of the their therapeutic effects afterward.
