摘要
目的:探究对哮喘患儿进行健康教育的临床效果。方法:对我院收治的82例哮喘患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各41例患儿。为对照组患儿进行常规护理,为观察组患儿在进行常规护理的基础上加强健康教育,并对比分析两组患儿的治护效果。结果:观察组患儿治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患儿,差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。观察组患儿病情发作的次数明显少于对照组患儿,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:对哮喘患儿进行健康教育可取得显著的效果,有效控制其哮喘发作的次数及其病情的进展,此法值得在临床上推广应用。
objective to explore the application effect of health education in pediatric asthma care. Methods select our hospital 82 cases of pediatric asthma, randomly divided into two groups (41 cases, control group given routine nursing care, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing health education at the same time, compare the nursing effect. Results the onset of observation group was obviously better than the control group, the nursing total effective rate (95.12%), significantly higher than control group (78.05%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion health education on nursing pediatric asthma in clinical effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
