用经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折的疗效探讨

摘要 目的 :探讨用经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法 :对2013年7月~2014年7月期间我院收治的103例老年椎体压缩性骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我院采用经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体成形术对这103例患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,观察其治疗的效果及腰背部疼痛的缓解情况。结果 :在手术结束10~20分钟后,这103例患者背部疼痛的症状均开始缓解;在术后出院时,其腰背部疼痛的症状消失或得到明显缓解。我院对这103例患者进行术后随访的结果显示,其腰背部疼痛的症状均未复发,且均恢复正常生活。结论 :用经皮穿刺骨水泥椎体成形术治疗老年椎体压缩性骨折安全有效,操作简单。该疗法值得在临床上推广使用。
