摘要
在Ti 6Al 4V合金表面进行了Ti+33%TiC的激光熔覆试验研究。利用SEM分析手段对Ti+33%TiC熔覆层的显微组织进行了分析 ,阐述了熔覆层的强化机制。显微组织分析表明 ,Ti 6Al 4V合金表面Ti+33%TiC激光熔覆层的显微组织沿层深方向可分为熔覆区、结合区和热影响区 3个区域。熔覆区中的TiC以细小的枝晶形式存在 ,Ti基体填充在TiC树枝晶的间隙中 ,起到连接TiC和传递载荷的作用 ,熔覆层得到明显的强化。
Laser cladding experiment of Ti+33%TiC was carried out on Ti-6Al-4V alloy substrate,then the microstructure of the clad layer was analyzed with SEM and its strengthening mechanism was discussed.Microstructure analyses show that the clad coating can be divided into three zones along the depth direction:clad,binding and heat-affected zones.TiC in the clad zone exists in the form of fine dendrites,Ti matrix filling among TiC dendrites play a role of connecting the TiC and transferring load,so the clad coating has been strengthened obviously.
