摘要
介绍了全路面起重机油气悬架液压系统发热与散热的计算方法,并以QAY50起重机液压系统为例进行热平衡分析计算,运用Matlab软件对该系统进行仿真分析,得到了系统的温度变化曲线,为此类液压系统的优化设计提供了热平衡依据。
The paper introduces the calculation method for heat generation and dissipation of the oil -gas hydraulic sus-pension system of the all-terrain crane , which is used to perform the heat balance analysis and calculation with the hydraulic system of QAY50 crane as an example , and conducts simulation analysis for the system with Matlab , so that the tempera-ture variation curve is gained .The study can provide the heat balance basis for optimal design of the hydraulic system .
