摘要
在考虑主开关管、同步整流管以及变压器损耗等问题的情况下,建立了同步整流下对称半桥倍流变换器新的数学模型并进行了分析。首先,研究了变换器的工作过程,导出状态方程;其次,应用状态空间平均法对变换器进行系统分析,得到较为精确的小信号系统模型;最后,结合实例对系统的精确模型给出了频域仿真和设计结果。仿真结果表明,与未考虑各种寄生参数的模型相比,这种新的模型更符合电路工作情况,且具有更大的精度。
Based on a consideration of the losses on main switches, Synchronous Rectifiers(SRs),transformer and other parasitical parameters etc, a new method for modeling and correcting Symmetrical Half Bridge(SHB)current-doubler converters with SRs applied is proposed. First, the working process of this converter is discussed and the state-equations are obtained; second, the system analysis and a accurate small signal model are presented by using the state-space-average approach. Finally, with a practical example a frequency-field simulation and design are given. The result shows this model is more suited to the converter, and more precise.
