摘要
本文是关于仪器分析技术在医学和临床医学中应用综述的续篇。在本期发表的部分中,综述了光学分析技术在这一方面的应用。所述及的技术有核磁和顺磁共振法,红外和近红外光度法,紫外-可见分光光度法,拉曼光谱法、荧光和磷光光度法、原子吸收和原子发射分光光度法、X衍射和X荧光法、光电子能谱法、电子微探针、旋光法、圆二(向)色光谱法、和正电子发射断层成像等仪器分析技术。本文对不和分离技术联用的质谱离子化技术也作了一些引述。和前篇一样,本文中对每个述及的技术提供了从网上搜寻得来的一些新应用的实例。本文意在表明以下两点:1、本文的这一部分特别表明了色谱技术,和其它仪器分析技术一样是与时俱进的,并且它们和医药科学在不断进步中互相促进的;2、互联网的出现和迅速发展对于所有的科学技术领域都给予了极大的帮助。
This paper is the second part of a series review dealing with the application of mass and optic spectrometric techniques in medicinal scientific researches. The spectrometric techniques reviewed include NMR and EPR(ESR), IR and NIR, UV-Vis, Raman spectrometry. fluoro- and phosphorescence spectrometry, X-ray diffraction- and fluorescence spectrometry, XRP, Electron microprohe, polarimetry, CD, and PET. The mass spectrometric techniques which can be applied without coupling with separation techniques are also reviewed. Like the previous part of this series review, it is the intension of the present author to show that 1, instrumental analysis, chromatography to be specific in this part, is advancing with time, it is mutually beneficial in its progress with the medicinal sciences; and 2, the advent and extremely rapid progress of internet is and will be helping potently the progress of every field of science and technology.
