摘要
利用放射免疫方法对比观测了室内饲育 4龄西伯利亚鲟 (Acipenserbaeri)亚成体和9~ 11龄西伯利亚鲟的成体血清睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )的周年变化规律 ,并对 4龄西伯利亚鲟亚成体的性腺发育状况进行了组织学检测 ,以期为西伯利亚鲟后备亲鱼培育和全人工繁殖提供参考数据 .结果表明 ,4龄西伯利亚鲟亚成体的血清性类固醇激素水平与成体接近 ,T在 9— 10月份和 3月份较高 ,E2在 8— 9月份较高 .成体雄性西伯利亚鲟 ,T在排精前升高 ,排精时仍保持较高值 ;E2全年较低 .雌性西伯利亚鲟 ,T在产卵前升高 ,临近产卵和产卵时降为较低值 ;E2在产卵前一年10— 11月份较高 ,临近产卵和产卵时降为较低值 .4龄西伯利亚鲟的性腺成熟系数雄性为 4 .1%~9.7% ,雌性为 8.2 %~ 14 .5 % .组织学观察结果雄性个体的精巢已发育到Ⅲ或Ⅳ期 ,精巢中有少量成熟精子出现 ;雌性个体的卵巢发育处于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期 ,最大卵母细胞直径达到 2 .0mm .综合以上结果判断 ,室内饲育 4龄西伯利亚鲟雄性个体已接近性成熟 ,而雌性个体尚未达到性成熟 .
The seasonal changes of plasma testosterone(T) and 17 β -Estradiol(E2) levels in laboratory reared 4-year old juvenile Siberian sturgeons ( Acipenser baeri ) and 9~11-year old adult Siberian sturgeons are measured by RIA method. Gonad developmental stages are also examined histologically for the 4-year old juvenile Siberian sturgeons so as to contribute basic data for completely artificial reproduction of this species. Results show that plasma steroid levels of the 4-year old juveniles are close to that of adults. For juvenile sturgeons, T levels are relatively high in sep.—Oct. and March while E2 are relatively high in Aug.—Sep. T of the adult male sturgeon raises prior to spermiation and remains the relatively high value during spermiation; E2 level of the adult male keeps low in the whole year. T level of the adult female also increases prior to ovulation, but decreases when ovulation started. E2 level of the adult female is relatively high in Oct.—Nov., and is lower when it is close to ovulation or during ovulation. Gonad somatic indexes of 4-year old male sturgeons are 4.1%~ 9.7%, while that of females of the same age are 8.2%~ 14.5%. Testes of the 4-year old males are at Ⅲ or Ⅳ stages. There are a few of mature sperms inside the testis. Ovaries of the 4-year old females are at Ⅲ-Ⅳ stages. The diameter of the largest oocyte approaches 2.0 mm. On the basis of the above results, it can be suggested that the 4-year old male Siberian sturgeon in the present study is near mature while the females of the same age have not become mature yet.
