摘要
以均匀设计安排实验,在硼酸的催化下,利用高压微波技术,快速合成了肉桂酸甲酯.实验结果经过优化组合,得出最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比为6∶1,催化剂用量为2.0克,辐射时间为8min,微波炉功率为729W,产率达73.4%
Homogeneous design in carying on the experiment, the methyl cinnamate is synthesized fastly with the technigue of high pressure microwave,and the catalyst of boronic acid .The result of the experiment with optimization and combination,and the most optimal reaction conditions are as fellows:the mole ratio of methyl alcohol and cinnamic acid is 5:1,the amount of catalyst is 2.0g; the power of miorwave is 729W, the radiating time of microwave is 8 min, the yield was 73.4%.
