腐胺对苜蓿组织培养中球形胚发生的作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 苜蓿下胚轴外植体诱导的胚性愈伤组织转至分化培养基上形成球形胚 ,利用这一实验体系研究了腐胺及多胺代谢抑制剂 MBGB、CHA对球形胚发生频率的影响 ,同时对 DNA、RNA和可溶性蛋白含量变化的测定表明 。 Callus of Medicago sativa L.from the explants of hypocotyledons was stepping into the period of globular embryogenesis while being cultivated on a medium for inducing differentiation.With excellent experimental system,the effect of putrescine,MGBG and CHA of polyamine metabolic inhibitors on the frequency of globular embryogenesis was probed,while bio macromolecular metabolism was also monitored and the data indicated that those in erratic changes were related to globular embryogenesis.
