摘要
介绍新标准条件下耐候钢09CuPTiRe试制情况,及该种钢新标准的内容、冶炼要点、工艺装备等。试制成品各项性能指标符合新标准的要求,同时结合工艺参数对冶炼结果、成品质量进行了分析。
The trial -manufacture of atmospheric resistant steel 09CuPTiRE under n ew standard condition was carried.The content of new standard,smelt and rolling equipment and technology parameter was introduced.T he measurement results of machinery pr opertiers were answering for the new standard.Some problems of smelt and produce were discussed combining wi th the continuous custing technology.
