摘要
针对大型汽车冲压模具棱边数字化的问题提出了三维自适应测量算法。为满足激光表面强化加工的特殊要求 ,在后续测量数据处理过程中建立了复杂棱边的简单模型 ,提出了六维加工轨迹划分算法 ,并对算法进行了加工实验验证。所提出的算法已应用到集成化柔性激光加工系统中。
Aiming to digitize the complex brim of car dies,a 3D adaptive measuring method has been suggested,which make it possible to digitize the 3D curve adaptively,fast and safely.A simple model is also built in order to process the complex brim of car dies?A 6D processing track generating method has been presented to process the measuring data and produce 6D processing data?Some experiments has been carried out by a computer integrated multifunctional 5-axis laser processing system.
