任意应力应变关系材料J积分估算的等效原场应力法 被引量:9

EQUIVALENT REMOTE STRESS METHOD OF J INTEGRAL EVALUATION FOR ANY STRESS-STRAIN RELATIONSHIP MATERIALS

摘要 在EPRI弹塑性断裂分析工程方法 (J积分等于弹性J积分及塑性J积分之和 )及其给出的用Jp 表达式中的全塑性解的基础上 ,文中导出以等效原场应力σeff为参量的塑性J积分Jp 的计算式及J积分计算式 ,这一方法被称为J积分估算的等效原场应力法。该方法具有下列几个优点 ,①J积分计算精度几乎和EPRI工程方法的J积分计算精度相等。②可用于任何应力应变关系的材料 ,包括Ramborg Osgood关系材料和任意单调加载非ROR关系材料 ,例如长屈服平台钢。计算过程相当简便 ,计算结果精确。 Based on the EPRI elastic-plastic fracture analysis engineering method, and the pure plastic solutions of the given J p expression equations, this paper derived out the J p calculation equation,and the J calculation equation with the parameter of equivalent loading stress. This method was called equivalent remote stress method of J integral evaluation, which has the following advantages. ①Its calculation accuracy is almost as the same as that of EPRI engineering method. ②This method could be used for any stress-strain relationship materials, including ROR materials and non-ROR materials under monotonic increasing loading, such as long plastic yield plateau steel. Its calculation procedure is rather simple and calculated results are rather accurate. ③This method created a probability of developing a J integral calculation method for structure under combined loading of tension and bending, directly using the available h 1 solutions of pure tension loading and pure bending loading.
