摘要
根据我国几个主要铁矿选厂尾矿浓缩研究的实践,运用泥砂动力学的分析方法对尾矿在浓密机中的运动状况进行了分析。成功地在南芬、歪头山及攀枝花选矿厂的φ50m、φ30m及φ53m浓密机上进行了高浓度浓缩工业试验。结果表明,对现有浓密机进行必要的加固和改造,可以实现高浓度浓缩。
Eased on the practices in tailings thickening at majer concentration plants, the authors analyse the motion state of tailings in a thickener by means of silt kinetics. Industrial tests of high density thickening of tailings were carried out with 50, 30 and 53m-in diameter-thickeners at concentration plants of Nanfen, Waitoushan and Panzhihua mines. The results obtained show that the high density thickening of railings can be achieved by necessarily reinforcing and modifying existing thickeners in China.
