摘要
本论文研究了在用常规氰化提金以前,用氧化亚铁硫杆菌在改进的qk~*介质中预处理载金难浸黄铁矿的可行性。试验结果表明:细菌氧化该矿,如果铁的氧化率达到67.02%,则氰化浸出生物氧化滤渣的金浸出率为86.86%,而直接氰化浸出的金浸出率仅为12.46%。
This paper studies the feasibility of pre-treating relractory pyrite bearing gold with Thiobacillus ferrooxidans in the moditied qk medium betore the recovery of gold with the standard cyanide method. Experimental results demonstrate that direet cyanide leaching has yielded gold recovery of 12.46% whereas cyanide leaching o bil-oxidizing residues if the Fe oxidizing ratio is 67.02%, has resulted in gold recovery of 86.86%.
