摘要
本文研究了30例不同程度的妊高征患者,并以同期正常孕妇30例作相应对照。共采集母血清、脐血清、胎盘标本各60份,采用原子吸收分光光度计测定其中锌、铜、镉的含量。结果表明:妊高征孕产妇组(实验组)母血清锌明显低于正常孕产妇组(对照组),(P<0.01),铜及铜/锌比值高于正常孕产妇组(铜值P<0.05,铜/锌比值P<0.01)。实验组母血清和胎盘中镉高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组与对照组的脐血清和胎盘中锌、铜及铜/锌比值无统计学差异,(P>0.05);实验组和对照组母血清、脐血清和胎盘中锌、铜、铜/锌比值无相关关系(r<0.05,P>0.05);脐血清与胎盘中锌及铜/锌比值部分呈现相关关系(锌值r=0.44,P<0.05;铜/锌比值r=0.38,P<0.05)。两组的胎盘锌含量明显高于母血清和脐血清锌含量,(P<0.01)。结果提示:母血清锌、铜/锌比值,母血清镉及胎盘镉可能与妊高征的发生有一定关系;胎盘有积锌现象;妊高征患者母血清锌降低并不影响胎盘和胎儿锌水平;胎盘锌、铜变化可能较母血清锌、铜变化更能反映胎儿锌状况。
In our research, we let 30 cases with parturient hypertension syndrome (PHS) as the experimental group and 30 other cases of normal pregnancy as the control group. The Cu, Zn and Cd of each sample collected from maternal serum, umbilical serum and placenta were surveyed by means of the atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results chowed as follows: 1.The maternal serum Zn level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P<0,01). 2.The maternal serum Cu level (P<0.05), Cu/Zn ratio (P<0,01), and maternal serum and placenta Cd level (P<0.05) of the experimental group were higher than of the control group. 3. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the Zn, Cu level and Cu/Zn ratio of the umbilical serum and placenta between the experimental and control group. 4. There was no coordination in the Zn, Cu lenel and Cu/Zn ratio (r<0.05), P>0.05) between 2 groups, but the Zn level and Cu/Zn ratio of the placenta and umbilical serum showed coordination between the 2 groups (Zn: r=0.44, p<0.05 and Cu/Zn ratio: r=0.38, P<0.05). 5. The placenta Zn level was markedly higher than that of the maternal and umbilical serum (P<0.01).
We conclude that 1. there are some definite relations between maternal serum Zn, Cu/Zn ratio, maternal serum Cd and placenta Cd in patients with PHS. 2. Zn ions can be accumulated by the placenta. 3. The reduction of the maternal serum Zn in patients with PHS has no influence upon the Zn level of the placenta and fetus. 4. The change of the placenta Zn and Cu level rather than that of the maternal serum may reflect the fetal Zn condition.
