摘要
研究发现在pH 5 .8乙酸铵 H2 SO4 底液中 ,硼与甲亚胺 H反应所形成的配合物在滴汞电极上产生一个灵敏的还原波 ,其峰电位 (Ep) - 1.0V ,硼浓度在 0 .2 1.2mg·L- 1范围与峰高 (H)呈良好的直线关系 ,检出限为 0 .1mg·L- 1。操作简便 ,准确度好。用于天然矿泉水和叶面肥料中硼的测定 ,结果与国标法对比相一致。
In a base solution of ammonium acetate buffer of pH 5.8, boron (in the form of borate) reacts with methylene amine H forming a coordinate complex, which shows a sensitive adsorptive reduction wave at the dropping mercury electrode, with its peak potential ( E _p) at -1.0V ( vs. SCE). Based on these facts, a single-scanning oscillopolarographic method for the determination of boron in natural mineral water and in fertilizer was described. Linearity holds between the height of peak current ( i _p) and the concentration of boron in the range of 0.2 to 1.2mg·L -1 . The detection limit of this method was found to be 0.1mg·L -1 . Consistent results by this method were obtained as checked with the standard method (GB/T 17420-1998). Recovery test was carried out by standard addition method, and values obtained were in the range 90%~114%.
