摘要
用0.1,1,10,100和1000μg/kgTP-5腹腔注射小鼠,连续10d.能使腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能增强;E-RFC%阳性率提高;循环抗体含量增加;红细胞免疫功能增强.最佳剂量集中在0.1~10μg/kg.P<0.01.
The phagocytosis of macrophage,E-rosette formation cells,content ofhemolysin in mice serum,and the red cell immune function were improvedsignificantly by TP-5 of 0.1,1,10,100,and 1000μg/kg·d for 10 d afterintraperitoneal injection.Results showed that the optimal doses of TP-5might be 0.1~10μg/kg.
