摘要
本文用自制的挥发油提取器从新鲜紫藤花提取出挥发油,用毛细管气相色谱—质谱法研研究了其化学成份;色谱分离出120多个峰,GC/MS 确定了56个主要组分的化学成份,占色谱总流出峰面积的70.87%.与剌槐花的挥发油化学成份进行了比较,二者含有乙酸乙酯、1-辛烯-3-醇、苯甲醛、芳樟醇、苯甲醇、苯乙醇、6-乙块基-四氢化-2,2,6-三甲基吡喃-3-醇、α-亚甲基苯(?)、2.3-二氢化苯并呋喃、2-氨基本甲酸甲酯、茴香酸甲酯、α-金合欢烯、1H-吲哚、异丁香油酚、十六酸甲酯、棕榈酸乙酯、二十一烷、十六烷酸、硬酯酸甲酯、二十三烷等相同组份.
This paper,the volatile oil of fresh flowers of wisteria sinensissweet was obtained by the device of simultaneous steam distillation-solventextraction made in our laboratory.The chemical constituents of this oilhave been studied by capillary gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.Morethan 120peaks were separated by GC,of which 56 compounds,constituting70.87% of this oil,were identified hy MS.The chemical constituents ofthe oil were compared with those of the vclatile oil of fresh flowers ofRobinia pseudoacacia L.It may be seen from compared results that the twooils contain a number of identical compounds,namely,acetic acid,ethylester,l-octen-301,benzaldehyde,Linalool,benzyl alcohoI,2-phenyLethanol 2H-pyran-3-01,6-ethynyl-tetrahydro-2,2,6-trimethyl-,benzeneacetonitriLe,α'-methelene,benzofuran,2,3-dihydro-,benzoic acid,2-amino-,methyL ester,bensoie acid,3-methoxy-,methyl ester,α-farnesene,1H-indole,iso-eugenol,methyl hexadecanoate,palmitic acid,ethyl ester,heneicosane,hexadecanoic acid,octadecanoic acid,methyl ester,tricosane.
