摘要
本文研究了正常成年人、肺癌、食道癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌及恶性淋巴瘤患者红细胞CuZnSOD的活性;观察了小鼠移植性肝癌、Ehrlich腹水癌和7712白血病不同发展时期红细胞中CuZnSOD活性的变化。结果发现,肿瘤患者红细胞中CuZnSOD活性要比正常人明显低;荷瘤小鼠红细胞中CuZnSOD活性也降低,而且随着病情的发展,SOD的活性更加明显地下降。
The CuZnSOD activity in erythrocyte for the adult and the patient with tumor (including lung, breast. cervix. pharyngonasal. alimentary canal cancer and reticuloendothelioma)was assayed. The change of the CuZnSOD activity in erythrocyte was examined, during the different develpmental period of mouse transplanted tumor (including hepatoma, Ehrlich ascite tumor and 7712 leukemia). In result, the CuZuSOD activity in erythrocyte for the patient with tumor significantly deceased.The CuZnSOD activity for the mouse with heptoma and 7712 Leukemia at 10 days significantly decreased in comperison with the mouse with tumor at 5 days.
