摘要
进入21世纪,信息技术在迅猛发展,信息化大潮席卷全球,计算机网络已延伸到社会的每一个角落,把社会推向信息化、网络化的时代,因此就产生了大量的电子文件。如何做好电子文件的归档管理,这是时代向档案工作者提出的严峻挑战。
Information technology has been developing rapidly since the turn of the 21th century. The whole world is involved in this information wave. Computer network has extended to every corner of the society and brought us into an age of information and networking, thus emerging vast numbers of electronic documents. How to file and keep electronic documents properly is a great challenge which an archivist faces in the new age.
