苇状羊茅的染色体组分析 被引量:5

摘要 本试验通过苇状羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb.)×草地羊茅(F.pratensis Huds.)、草地羊茅×多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)、多花黑麦草(L.multiforum Lam.)×苇状羊茅和多花黑麦草×多年生黑麦草四个种间与属间杂种的细胞学研究表明:多花黑麦草、多年生黑麦草和草地羊茅染色体组(A)是同源的;苇状羊茅是部分同源异源六倍体(AABBB'B')。 ABSTRACT Cytogenetices of four interspecific and intergeneric hybrids, including Festuca arundinacea (2n=42)×F. pratensis (2n=14), ×F. pratensis×Lolium perenne (2n=14), L. multiflorum (2n=14)×F. arundinacea and L. perenne was studied. The results indicated: the genome in L. multiflorum and L. perenne is homologous to the genome (A) in F. pratensis; F. arundinacea appears to be a partial autoallohexaploid (AABBB′B′).
