磁性纳米级Fe_3O_4的氧气诱导、空气氧化液相合成与表征 被引量:17

摘要 氧气诱导、空气氧化液相合成出了粒径为 2 0 nm左右的磁性粉体 Fe3O4 。由 X- ray衍射 ,红外光谱(IR)、透射电镜 (TEM) The pure magnetic nanoparticle Fe 3O 4 with an average size of about 20nm was synthesised by O 2 inducing and air slow oxidation in aqueous solution at room temperature.The structure and composition of the particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy(IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and hysteresis loop methods.
