摘要
采用文献资料法及专家访谈法简要分析速度力量概念及研究现状,依据解剖学原理确定篮球运动员下肢速度力量训练方案,进一步依据间歇训练法有关原理探讨间歇训练法在下肢速度力量训练中的应用.
This paper analyzes the notion and actuality of strength - velocity by way of a literature review and interviews. On the basis of the principle of anatomy, the writers discusse the application of intermission training methods to develop basketball players stength of lower limbs.
