摘要
采用 2 0 0L/dCWO小型工业试验装置对造纸黑液进行处理试验研究 ,结果表明CWO技术装置对处理造纸黑液 (CODcr5 0 0 4 8mg/L ,NH3-N 385mg/L)具有良好的技术可行性 ,该废水经处理后 (催化反应时间 5 0~ 60min) ,废水中CODcr,NH3-N的去除率即可达到 99%以上 ,处理水中的CODcr,NH3-N浓度均可达到国家排放标准 (CODcr<1 0 0mg/L ,NH3-N <1 5mg/L) ,且废水的脱色、除臭效果明显 .国产化 2 0m3/dCWO工业装置对造纸黑液的连续处理运行结果表明 ,CWO技术在国内已达到工业化应用水平 ,并具有较好的经济性 .
By using the 200?L/d CWO tester, the black liquor of papermaking was treated. In the treatment tests, the CWO technology displayed its good technique applicability for treating the wastewater (COD cr 50?048?m g/L ,NH 3-N 385?mg/L ). After the treatment by using the CWO test plant (catalytic reaction time 50~ 60?min ), more than 99% COD cr and N H 3-N could be removed from the wastewater. The treated wastewater could meet the emission standard (COD cr < 100?mg/L , NH 3-N< 15?mg/L ). And the wastewater could be decolored and deodorized effectively in the CWO treatment process. The 20?m 3/d CWO industrial installation was run continuously and steadily for treating the black liquor of papermaking with lower cost in this research. The results indicated that the application research of CWO technology had reached the level of industrialization use in China.
