化学发光法测定粮食中痕量砷 被引量:1

摘要 本文首次研究了鲁米诺—砷(Ⅲ)—碘酸钾化学发光体系的行为和条件,研究结果表明:在PH为3的条件下,鲁米诺浓度用1.0×10^(-2)M,IO_3^-浓度用1.0×10^(-3)M,测砷的检测下限为1.2×10^(-12)g/ml。此方法的RSD为2.45%,回收率在93.0%~103.5%之间。我们将此法应用于大米、面粉、大豆、玉米中总砷的测定,样品经干法灰化处理后,水浴加热溶解,加入还原剂草酸溶液,将As(Ⅴ)还原为As(Ⅲ),加入掩蔽剂三乙醇胺,然后用此方法进行测定,测定结果符合国家标准中规定的指标。 Chemiluminescence system of luminol-As(Ⅲ)-KIO_3 has been first studied. When PH=3, concentration of luminol was 1.0×10^(-2)M, concentration of Io_3^- was 1.0×10^(-3)M, the detection limit was 1.2×10^(-12)g/ml. Relative stadard deviation was 2.45%. Recovery was ranging from 93.0% to 103.50%. The method has been used to determine arsenic in rice, wheat flour, soybean and corn. The sample was ashed and dissolved in water by heating. Reductor oxalic acid and screeching agent triethanolamine were added. Then trace arsenic was determined by the method. The result accords with the standard of the people's Republic of China.
