45钢经激光淬火和冲击复合强化后的耐磨性能 被引量:9

摘要 将激光淬火处理后的 4 5钢强化区域再进行激光冲击强化处理 ,并对其表面硬度和耐磨性进行了对比和分析。结果表明 ,激光淬火 +冲击复合强化处理后 4 5钢的硬度比纯激光淬火处理 4 5钢的硬度增加了 15 % ;经激光淬火 +冲击复合强化处理后的 4 5钢表面的耐磨性分别比经渗氮和激光淬火处理区域的耐磨性提高了约 3倍和 0 Laser shocking process was carried out on the laser hardened surface of steel 45,and the hardness and wearability of the complex modified surface of steel 45 were tested and analyzed compared with that of the laser quenched one and the nitrided one respectively.The results show that the hardness of the complex modified surface is 15% higher than that of the laser hardened one,and the wearability of the complex modified surface is enhanced about 3 and 0 9 times than that of the laser hardened one and the nitrided one respectively.
