Aiming at the virtual enterprise based on Internet, this paper analyzes and presents the project management factors of intra-enterprise and inter-enterprise which focus on the whole life cycle of production. Facing the virtual enterprise, the authors put forward the concept of e- project management by using electronic means that under the distributed networked condition, and present the model and its function of e- project management architecture.
