摘要 目的研究MMP-2和TIMP-2在不同级别人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与胶质廇侵袭性的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测56例人脑胶质瘤中MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达。结果 MMP-2和TIMP-2在低级别组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ级)和高级别组(Ⅲ、Ⅳ级)胶质瘤中阳性表达率及病理指数(PI)有显著性差异。结论 MMP-2和TIMP-2蛋白的表达与胶质瘤的恶性程度有关,并有可能成为判断胶质瘤恶性程度、侵袭转移及预后的指标。 Objective To study the expressions of matrix-metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of matalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) in the human brain glioma of different grades and their relationship to the invasiveness of glioma. Method The expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were detected in 56 cases of gliomas by immunohistochemical staining method. Results The differences in the positive rates of expressions and pathological index (PI) of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 between low grade (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) and in high grade (Ⅲ,Ⅳ) of gliomas were significant (P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the expressions of MMP- 2 and TIMP-2 in human glioma.Conclusions The expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 are related to the pathological grades of gliomas.It is suggesled that the expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 may be helpful to indicating the malignant degree and invasiveness of tumors,and the prognosis in the palients with brain gliomas.
