摘要
20世纪80年代末以来,英国进行了"以学校为基地"的教师教育改革,改革的内容涉及教师教育体制、培养方式等多方面。对该教师培养模式的兴起和发展做一了解和评价,可对我国当前的教师教育改革有所借鉴和启发。试归纳如下:第一,实施理论与实践相整合的教师培养模式;第二,以引导或促进教师的反思为导向;第三,以学校为本位。
Since the 1980's, Britain has undergone the teacher-training reform of school-based education. The reform includes the teacher-training system and the training pattern, etc. To understand and evaluate its emergence and development may be a help for the teacher-training reform in China. First, teacher-training should be carried out with theory and practice combined together; Second, one should orientate oneself by leading or promoting the teachers' reflections; Third, one should take a school-orientated attitude.
