摘要
目的 分析肺癌术后心律失常发生机制与防治措施。方法 对 1995～ 2 0 0 1年肺癌切除术后发生心律失常的 5 7例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 高龄、术前心电图异常、全肺切除术以及术后缺氧等是术后发生心律失常的主要因素。结论 术前积极治疗心脏原发病 ,严格掌握全肺切除适应证 。
Objective To investigate the related causes of post-operavive cardiac arrhythmia following lung cancer surgery.Methods Study all clinical findings of 57 cases with cardiac arrhythmia following lung cancer surgery from 1995～2001.Results Aged patients,pre-operative unormal electric cardiacgraphy,undergown pnemonectomy,and postoperative anoxia are closely related to the complication.Conclusion It is the most important to improve cadia disorder,correction of blood oxygen level,strict indication of pnemonectomy,post-operative oxygen inhalation to prevent the postoperative cardiac arrhythmia.
