摘要
目的 观察伊曲康唑与采乐洗剂治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的疗效。 方法 选择门诊马拉色菌毛囊炎患者110例 ,随机分为两组 :治疗组 5 5例 ,采用伊曲康唑口服与采乐洗剂外洗。对照组 5 5例 ,单纯用采乐洗剂外洗。 2周后观察疗效。 结果 治疗组总有效率 94 40 % ,对照组总有效率 5 8 10 %。两组总有效率比较差异有显著性 (x2 =3 3 5 0 ,P <0 0 0 1)。治疗组疗效优于对照组。 结论 口服伊曲康唑与外用采乐洗剂联合治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效满意 ,安全性高 。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of itraconazole and ketoconazole on patients with malassezia folliculitis. Methods 110 patients with malassezia folliculitis were randomly divided into treatment group consisted of 55 cases treated with itraconazole plus external washing with Ketoconazole lotion, and control group consisted of 55 cases only treated with external washing using Ketoconazole lotion. The results were observed two weeks after treatment. Results The total effective rates in the treatment and control groups were 94.40% and 58.10%, respectively. Also significant differences were observed in the two groups (x 2=33.50,P<0.001). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of orally used itraconazole plus external washing with Ketoconazole lotion on patients with malassezia folliculitis is satisfactory and safe with mild adverse effect.
