摘要
用化学法从花生壳中制取富含酚类的提取物,代替40％～50％的苯酚合成了胶粘剂,用于木材和竹材三层胶合板,其胶合强度分别为1.31～1.67 MPa和3.68～4.04 MPa,均大于国家标准和企业标准规定值(0.8 MPa、1.96 MPa)。
Extract prepared from peanut hulls contains phenolics. Adhesives was synthesized with this extract to replace 40% -50% phenol and applied to plywood and bamboo plyboards which had glue strengths higher than that of standard values.
