摘要
盈利模式问题是事关地铁公司生存和发展的最关键的问题。本文主要探讨了地铁公司如何盈利的问题。地铁公司由于受政策和自身特点等方面的限制,单靠自身的经营很难实现盈利。所以,要想让地铁公司盈利,政府优惠政策的支持是必不可少的。地铁公司的盈利模式从本质上讲属于“政策性盈利模式”。
The Profit pattern is the most important problem relating to the existence and development of a metro company.This paper mainly discusses the problem of how a metro company can make profits.It points out that,due to the restrictions of policy and its characteristics,it will be very hard for a metro company to make profit simply from metro operation.So,in order to let a metro company make profit,government's preferential policies are necessary.In essence,the profit pattern of a metro company is based on policies.
