摘要
在碱性条件下,铁氰化钾能氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,异丙嗪对该体系的化学发光有显著的增强作用。基于此,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定异丙嗪的化学发光新方法。该方法具有很高的灵敏度,检测限为5.7×10-9g/mL(IUPAC),线性范围为1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6g/mL,对1.0×10-7g/mL异丙嗪平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2.9%.
In this paper, a flowing injection chemiluminescence (FI_CL) method for the determination of promethazine from luninol-ferricyanide system is investigated. The concentration range of linear response is 1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6g/ml. The detection limit is 5.7×10-9g/ml with a relative standard deviation of 2.9%for the determination of 1.0×10-7g/mL of promethazine (n=11). The proposed method with simplicity, rapidity and sensitivity has been successfully applied to the determination of promethazine in pharmaceutical preparations.
